Numero Fund is a fund for qualified investors (SICAV), regulated by
the Czech National Bank (ČNB). Investment in our assets is
restricted to a select group of participants. This threshold ensures
an institutional approach to capital management.

Verification of qualified
investor status
In accordance with Czech Republic legislation, entry into the fund requires confirmation of "Qualified Investor" status. This can be achieved through two routes:
Starting at 1,000,000 CZK (or EUR equivalent):
Subject to passing a suitability test that confirms your investment experience and
understanding of the risk profile.
Starting at 3,200,000 CZK (approx. €125,000):
Qualified investor status is granted automatically, with no testing required.

Contract signing and money
transfer
Following status confirmation, we coordinate with our management company (AVANT IS) to draft all relevant legal documentation.
Once the agreement is signed, money is transferred to the fund’s secure account at the depositary bank, Česká spořitelna.

Issuance of investment shares
Priority investment shares (PIA) of the Numero Real
Estate Sub-Fund are issued in your name.
At this stage, you become a full-fledged investor with the right to participate in the distribution of profit resulting from our development projects.
